Job Summary
Lead shifts as Shift Supervisor at Applegreen/ Dunkin, ensuring team delivers exceptional customer service, adheres to brand standards and food safety, trains new hires, and enforces cash handling policies. Responsibilities include supervising team members on shift, handling customer interactions and complaints, completing opening/closing procedures, operating the POS system, ensuring proper food handling, performing kitchen tasks, stocking and sanitizing work areas, cross-selling products, maintaining product knowledge, and reporting issues to plaza leadership. Essential skills include cash handling, customer service, and prior leadership experience; ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work flexible days/times.EOE with medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and other benefits.
