Job Summary
Conduct scooter collection and deployment across the streets while managing a team of Fleet Specialists. Create shift plans, oversee team activities, and ensure tasks are executed efficiently and safely. Support logistics by receiving, packing, and deploying new vehicles, and collaborate to identify and rectify damaged or misplaced scooters. Optimize work schedules with managers to ensure efficient shift planning and execution. Drive with a valid Class B license for at least two years and lead with hands-on experience. Work 40 hours weekly in rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class B for minimum of 2 years)
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of German
- Previous leadership experience
- Willingness to work in a shift rotation, spanning Monday to Sunday
