Job Summary
Coordinate shift activities, assign tasks, and provide group and individual supervision for Residential Specialists. Monitor service delivery to residents, prepare schedules for adequate facility coverage, and manage crisis counseling and independent action during coverage gaps. Prepare casework documentation and written reports per agency requirements, while participating in staff training, seminars, and monthly meetings. Carry a case load in emergencies and perform Residential Specialist duties as necessary.
