Job Summary
Shift Supervisor provides leadership to assigned employees, oversees daily routines, and interacts with customers to ensure satisfactory experiences. Responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with company and food service policies, delegating duties for efficient operations, training new employees, and maintaining unit cleanliness and equipment. Duties include addressing customer concerns, processing catering and event needs, maintaining production records, operating the cash register, and ensuring food safety and proper procedures are followed. Able to lead in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and uphold guidelines while opening/closing the unit and coordinating team efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent; Associate degree preferred; previous foodservice industry and customer service experience required.
