Shift Supervisor

Operate the store during shifts, ensuring correct picking processes, inventory accuracy, and compliance with food safety and occupational health standards. Coordinate the team by assigning tasks, resolving conflicts, and managing staffing levels through constant communication with the Store Manager. Supervise reception and dispatch operations, including receiving merchandise, controlling truck loading, and rejecting non-compliant products. Delegate inventory counts and cycle counts to pickers while maintaining stock integrity. Support the Store Manager in administrative processes, performance monitoring, and staff development initiatives. Utilize systems like Tableau, Ops Portal, and Workday to analyze business metrics and drive operational excellence.
