Shift Supervisor

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring accurate picking processes and maintaining high quality standards aligned with company policies. Coordinate the team, assign resources based on priorities, and resolve conflicts while managing staff scheduling in communication with the Store Manager. Monitor team performance, handle inventory control, shrinkage, and billing, and guarantee compliance with food safety and occupational health regulations by reporting any deviations. Manage the reception and dispatch area, including receiving and restocking merchandise while verifying product quality, temperatures, and quantities. Delegate tasks to pickers, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory targets are met. Utilize systems like Tableau and Ops Portal to analyze business metrics and drive operational productivity.
