Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, managing customer relations, and executing opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays while communicating effectively with store management and crews. Handle customer questions, complaints, and confidential patient relations in accordance with company policy. Requires deductive reasoning, advanced communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers hourly pay ranging from $16.50 to $24.00 and includes benefits such as dental, vision, and wellness resources.
