Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Oversee merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and maintaining off-shelf inventory. Communicate effectively between store management and crews to drive performance and consumer loyalty. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends. This part-time role offers a weekly schedule of 29 hours with a base pay range of $17.00 to $26.00.
