Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain promotional displays. Handle customer questions, complaints, and relations issues in accordance with company policy while preserving patient confidentiality. Collaborate with store management to drive execution and performance. Requires advanced communication skills, deductive reasoning, and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Part-time role with weekly hours of 20, offering a base hourly rate between $16.50 and $24.00. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
