Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor provides leadership to CVS Store Management, drives store execution and performance, and delivers exceptional customer service. In the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, leads store staff, ensures smooth store operations, and ensures timely completion of opening and closing procedures. Essential functions include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining customer confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, executing displays, inventory and seasonal merchandising, and resetting departments per planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervisory abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
