Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and issues in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Communicate effectively between store management and crews to drive performance and consumer loyalty. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with 40 weekly hours.
