Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating directly with store management. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints in accordance with company policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Manage merchandise by pricing items, stocking shelves, and executing displays for weekly promotions and seasonal merchandise. Ensure all departments are reset following POGs while maintaining a positive shopping experience. Requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with an anticipated weekly total of 29 hours. Part-time position with a base hourly rate between $18.00 and $27.00. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
