Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing workflows, and communicating updates between management and staff. Greet customers, address questions and complaints in accordance with company policy, and maintain patient confidentiality to promote a positive shopping experience. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Complete all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.00 hourly.
