Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operations when managers are absent. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers a weekly base of 29 hours with a pay range of $16.50 to $24.00, eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
