Job Summary
Supervise the store crew by assigning and directing activities while communicating effectively with management. Assist customers with questions, handle relations issues per policy, and maintain confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly promotions. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. Apply deductive reasoning and analytical skills to drive store execution and performance.
