Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring smooth execution of opening/closing procedures and driving customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, assisting customers, maintaining customer confidentiality, coordinating merchandising and planogram execution, inventory and display maintenance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision skills, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Part-time role with eligibility for benefits; anticipated weekly hours around 24.
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
