Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when the manager or Operations Supervisor is absent. Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed and manage customer relations by greeting visitors, answering questions, handling complaints, and maintaining confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following weekly, promotional, and seasonal plans. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers a weekly base pay of $16.00 to $23.00 and includes eligibility for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
