Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS customer service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Requires advanced communication and supervisory skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers a weekly base of $19.92 and includes benefits such as dental, vision, and wellness resources.
