Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage customer relations, and handle complaints in accordance with company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items while maintaining customer confidentiality. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with anticipated weekly hours of 16. Base hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.00.
