Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leading store execution and customer service when a manager is not onsite. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, handling customer questions and complaints, maintaining customer/patient confidentiality, merchandising presentation, price setting, stocking shelves, executing weekly and promotional displays, and resetting departments per planogram guidelines. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; overtime may be required. Benefits are available; anticipated weekly hours are 25; pay range is $16.00–$23.00 per hour.
