Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while driving consumer loyalty through excellent service. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Collaborate effectively with store management and crews to communicate information and resolve urgent issues. Requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with anticipated weekly hours of 20. Part-time role with a base hourly rate between $16.50 and $24.00.
