Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store execution and performance in the absence of management, drives customer service excellence, and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating between management and staff, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory tasks, implementing displays, pricing, and ensuring adherence to policies. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; overtime may be required. The role is part-time with a typical pay range of $16.00 per hour. Education of a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
