Job Summary
Supervise the store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on tasks when no manager is onsite. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS customer service culture. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures and reset departments following POGs. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed. This part-time role supports store execution and performance to build consumer loyalty.
