Job Summary
Shift Supervisor роль leads store staff in the absence of management, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and drives store execution and customer service excellence. Key duties include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, and executing merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory per weekly/seasonal plans. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
