Job Summary
Shift Supervisor role responsible for leading store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures, supervising crew, and delivering CVS customer service. Responsibilities include supervising activities, communicating with management and crews, handling customer relations, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory, executing displays and adhering to weekly promotions and POGs. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, excellent communication and supervision capabilities, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
