Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leading store execution and customer service in a part-time role. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, coordinating activities, communicating with store management and crews, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory tasks, executing displays and resets per plans of merchandising (POGs), and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Salary range $16.50-$24.00 per hour (annualized to $34,320-$49,920) with benefits eligibility.
