Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Responsible for customer service excellence, supervising store staff, merchandise presentation, inventory, and adherence to company policies. Demonstrates deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and strong computer and communication abilities; flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights, and weekends is required to respond to urgent store needs. - Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
