Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by assisting with questions and complaints, promoting the CVS service culture, and maintaining confidentiality. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and managing displays for promotional and seasonal items. Communicate effectively with store management and crews to drive daily operations. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with an anticipated weekly total of 29 hours. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in building consumer loyalty through excellent service.
