Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly promotional and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs while ensuring all store operations run smoothly. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers a weekly base of $16.00 to $23.00 with access to dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
