Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures while managing customer relations, resolving complaints, and maintaining confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following weekly, promotional, and seasonal schedules. Reset departments per POGs and uphold CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking patrons. Requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to work overtime as needed for urgent store issues.
