Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage customer relations including complaints and confidentiality, and oversee merchandise tasks such as pricing, stocking, and display maintenance. Maintain inventory and reset departments following POGs while ensuring all store operations run smoothly. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and ability to work flexible early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with anticipated weekly hours of 20.
