Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer service by addressing questions, complaints, and relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS culture. Handle merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, executing displays, signing inventory, and resetting departments following POGs. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. This full-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving performance and building consumer loyalty.
