Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of a manager, ensures opening and closing procedures, and drives store execution with a focus on customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management, handling customer relations, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, executing displays and inventories, and resetting departments following planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision skills, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
