Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations when a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, supervises the store crew, and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed. Responsibilities include managing staff, directing activities, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining customer confidentiality, pricing and stocking merchandise, executing displays and inventory per weekly/promo guidelines, and resetting departments according to POGs. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and advanced communication and supervision abilities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight, and weekend shifts; overtime may be required. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Location is Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This role is full-time with a pay range of $17.00-$26.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.
