Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leading store staff in the absence of management, ensuring opening/closing procedures, delivering strong customer service, supervising daily operations, merchandising, and stock maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management and staff, handling customer relations in line with policy, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting CVS customer service culture. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; overtime possible. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated hours: part-time (~20 hours/week). Pay range: $16.00-$23.00 per hour; benefits available for part-time roles.
