Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health responsible for leading store operations in the absence of a manager, guiding staff to ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and delivering excellent customer service. Focus areas include supervising crew, communicating with management and staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining customer confidentiality, pricing and stocking merchandise, executing displays and inventories, and resetting departments per planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervisory abilities, and the flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Education of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Part-time role with potential benefits and a pay range of $16.00-$23.00 per hour.
