Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Assist customers with questions, handle complaints per policy, and ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and building consumer loyalty.
