Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health providing leadership in a part-time role. Leads store operations in the absence of management, directs staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and delivers excellent customer service to promote consumer loyalty. Responsibilities include supervising store crews, communicating with management and crews, handling customer questions and complaints, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and presentation (pricing, stocking, displays, inventories), and ensuring adherence to store policies and promotional guides. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
