Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS customer service culture. Execute opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Communicate effectively between store management and crews to drive store performance. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with an anticipated weekly total of 40 hours.
