Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management to ensure smooth execution. Assist customers with questions, complaints, and service needs while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS culture. Manage merchandise by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, signing inventory, and resetting departments following POGs. Complete all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. Apply deductive reasoning and analytical skills to handle urgent store issues.
