Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store operations when management is unavailable, directing the crew, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, and delivering strong customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, communicating with management, handling customer relations per policy, merchandising and inventory of weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandise, maintaining displays, and ensuring store performance. Requires analytical and deductive reasoning, strong communication and supervision abilities, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Part-time role with pay range $16.50-$24.00 per hour, plus benefits.
