Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality in line with company policy. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to handle urgent issues. This full-time role requires deductive reasoning, advanced communication, and supervision skills. The position supports the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and building consumer loyalty.
