Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth operations, opening/closing procedures, and drives customer service excellence to build consumer loyalty. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, handling customer questions and issues, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and stock replenishment, executing displays and inventory per planograms, and maintaining store presentation. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
