Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the store staff in the absence of management to drive store execution and performance, ensuring customer service excellence, handling opening/closing procedures, and maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, addressing customer relations per policy, merchandising and price/product presentation, stock and display maintenance, and executing weekly/promotional/seasonal plans. Required skills include deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends as needed. This is a part-time role with benefits eligibility and a pay range of $17.92-$26.92 per hour based in Springfield, NJ.
