Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage merchandise presentation, price items, stock shelves, and maintain displays. Assist customers with questions, handle complaints in accordance with policy, and uphold patient confidentiality. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with an anticipated weekly total of 29 hours. Part-time position eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
