Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store execution and performance in absence of managers, supervises staff, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, enhances customer service, and maintains store operations. Responsibilities include supervising crews, communicating with management and staff, handling customer questions and complaints per policy, promoting CVS customer service culture, maintaining customer confidentiality, pricing and stocking merchandise, executing displays and inventory per weekly promotions and seasonal changes, and resetting departments according to planograms. Required skills include deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, computer proficiency, strong communication and supervision abilities, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; overtime may be required. Education commonly a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference noted for such qualification.
