Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting store management in driving store execution and customer-service-focused performance. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, supervises the crew, communicates with management and crews, and assists with merchandising, inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising activities, handling customer relations per company policy, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, executing displays and planogram adherence, and maintaining department resets as needed. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule (including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts).
