Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at CVS Health is a key leader who supports the Store Management team to drive store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, this role leads store staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, and communicating with management and staff; assisting customers and resolving questions or complaints while upholding customer privacy and company policy; merchandising, stocking, and maintaining displays and inventory per weekly promotions and planograms; and resetting departments afterPOGs. Required skills include deductive reasoning, analytical ability, and computer skills, along with advanced communication and supervision capabilities. The role requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends, with overtime as needed. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
