Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, supervises the store crew, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, drives customer service excellence, supervises merchandising and inventory, handles customer issues per policy, and maintains confidentiality and store standards. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision capabilities, flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends, and the ability to promote a positive shopping experience. Part-time role with benefits and a pay range reflective of store-level supervisor responsibilities.
