Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the absence of a manager, supervises the store crew, and drives store execution to build customer loyalty through excellent service. Responsibilities include coordinating with store management and crews, supervising activities, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and inventory tasks, executing displays and planograms, and ensuring opening/closing procedures. Must communicate effectively, adapt to a flexible schedule (including early mornings, overnights, and weekends), and respond to urgent store issues. Qualifications emphasize deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and a High School diploma or equivalent. This role supports CVS Health’s store operations and customer experience.
